 let me know if you have any more trouble with it, also let me know if you can why there is melted stuff in there, this might require the dealership to take a look if it is part of their car system, but if it is caused by just accident and human error then that is something that maybe you can repair yourself or a friend might be able to do depending on the skill sets and experience, take care.
